I cannot praise the staff enough - the management teams and especially the guides, trackers and all of the "behind the scenes" staff for their courtesy, friendliness, professionalism and commitment to providing each guest with a unique experience. The deep commitment to the reserve, community and the well-being of the environment and the animals who inhabit this reserve is outstanding. As a guest, you are treated as family. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of well-appointed open rooms for reading, relaxing. At night, grounds are patrolled so that any nocturnal animal visits are carefully watched and addressed. All in all, 5 stars.

Excellence in every aspect of our stay. Top service, lovely spot, beautiful accommodation, yummy food, great safari with knowledgeable guides. We saw all the big five animals and many more animals.

So much more than the Big Five… We saw the Big Five everyday. The proximity to the animals was astounding, but the guides made safety a priority. The sunrise, sunset, bush bar, and animal observations made for the best safari. But the lodge offers so much more. I won't spoil all of the little touches the staff provided through every hour of the day. This professional, intimate, VIP lodge is worthy of a return visit.
